Volume debt recovery is a new service offering a Flat Fee system ideally suited to those clients who operate current sales ledgers and experience slow payment but there is no requirement for formal or legal procedures, just a gentle reminder to keep your debtors turning over. We effectively become an extension to your credit control department.  The service consists of a letter and fax followed by a telephone call.  If necessary a second letter and telephone call will then be made that should prove sufficient to keep your debtor days down.

This service ensures that all recoveries are sent directly from the debtor to the client, speeding up cash flow and sorting out any problems relating to the account. Charges are between £4 - £12 per invoice handled, depending on volume.   All correspondence will be issued using a different letter header from our standard form adopting the title DRD Credit Control in order to provide a less threatening service.

Any debtors that still remain unpaid can then be referred to our no win / no fee service where a more formal approach is required.
